TVS's new NTorq 150 performance scooter has made its Nepal debut at the NAIMA Mobility Expo 2026 in Kathmandu. Jagdamba Motors, the authorised TVS distributor, showcased the scooter and opened bookings there. The model is not yet on sale. Official Nepal pricing has not been disclosed.
Where the NTorq 150 sits in TVS's Nepal lineup
TVS already sells a wide range of commuter and entry-level scooters and bikes in Nepal. On the scooter side, the TVS NTorq 125 sits at Rs 2.34 lakh – Rs 3.35 lakh across nine variants, from the NTorq Drum at Rs 2.34 lakh to the NTorq Race XP FI BS6 at Rs 3.26 lakh. Around this range, buyers also see commuter bikes such as the TVS Max 125 (Rs 2.42 lakh), TVS Star City Plus (Rs 2.22 lakh), TVS Max 4R (Rs 2.49 lakh), TVS Radeon (Rs 2.16 lakh – Rs 2.35 lakh) and TVS Apache RTR 160 2V (Rs 2.54 lakh – Rs 3.54 lakh). Kuzu Nepal has not announced prices for the TVS XL 100, TVS Zest 110, TVS Sport or TVS Wego 110 variants in the material provided.
The NTorq 150 carries a larger engine, stronger performance and premium features. That puts it above the NTorq 125 and the brand's basic commuter scooters. Buyers should expect it to land closer to the upper end of the NTorq 125 and Apache RTR 160 2V price band once TVS announces Nepal figures. No official NTorq 150 ex-showroom price for Nepal is available yet.
Engine and performance
The TVS NTorq 150 uses a 149.7cc, single-cylinder, three-valve engine with TVS O3C (Oil-Cooled Combustion) technology. TVS quotes outputs of 13.2 PS at 7,000 rpm and 14.2 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm, with a claimed 0–60 km/h time of 6.3 seconds and top speed of 104 km/h. These figures sit well above typical 110–125cc city scooters for acceleration and highway pace. Existing NTorq 125 owners looking for more punch without leaving the NTorq family will find this a natural upgrade.
Design and riding position
TVS has given the NTorq 150 a sharper design inspired by stealth aircraft, aimed at younger riders who care about styling as much as performance. The scooter gets a sporty riding position, aerodynamic winglets and full LED lighting. It stands apart from the commuter-focused designs that dominate Nepal's scooter market.

To match its performance image, the NTorq 150 brings multiple riding aids and connectivity:

The NTorq 150 weighs 115 kg and comes with a 5.8-litre fuel tank. That gives it decent range for daily city use and short highway trips. It rides on 12-inch alloy wheels and gets a 220 mm front disc brake, alongside its ABS and traction control hardware.

Much depends on how it's priced against the Rs 2.34 lakh – Rs 3.35 lakh NTorq 125 range and the neighbouring Apache RTR 160 2V band of Rs 2.54 lakh – Rs 3.54 lakh. Whether the added power and technology feel worth the step up will decide its fate in the market.
