We use this information to operate, secure, measure, and improve Nepal AutoMart.

Meta Platform information

When an authorized person connects a Facebook Page or uses the Nepal AutoMart Meta application, we may receive information made available through Meta’s APIs, including:

• Facebook account identifiers and names
• Facebook Page IDs and Page names
• Page access permissions and access tokens
• Public Page posts and associated metadata
• Comments and replies on Page posts
• Creation timestamps
• Reaction, reply, and engagement counts
• Other fields permitted by Meta and approved for our application

We may also analyse public Page content made available through Meta’s APIs for vehicle-market research, customer-interest analysis, content analysis, and related business insights.

We do not receive or store your Facebook password.

• Connect authorized Facebook Pages
• Retrieve, organize, display, and analyse Page posts, comments, replies, and engagement

• Improve Nepal AutoMart’s services

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Nepal AutoMart, including hosting, database, analytics, communications, security, and technical-service providers. These providers may process information only as required to provide their services to us.

Access tokens are retained only while required for an active connection. We stop using them when access is revoked or the token expires.

Deleted information may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days before those backups are automatically replaced.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

Nepal AutoMart is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through our services, contact us so we can investigate and delete it when appropriate.

10. Third-party services

Nepal AutoMart may integrate with or link to services operated by Meta, Google, dealers, insurers, payment providers, and other third parties.

Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies. Nepal AutoMart is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.
