By accessing or using Nepal AutoMart, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Nepal AutoMart provides services that may include:

• Vehicle prices and specifications
• Vehicle comparison and valuation tools
• Tax, insurance, EMI, and ownership-cost calculators
• Vehicle listings and dealer directories
• Automobile news, guides, and market research
• Analysis of public content and engagement
• Integrations with Facebook and other third-party platforms

Services and features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued.

3. Informational nature of the service

Vehicle prices, specifications, taxes, insurance estimates, financing calculations, availability, dealer details, and other information are provided for general informational purposes.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, details can change without notice. You should confirm important information with the applicable authorized dealer, insurer, financial institution, government office, or service provider before making a purchase or financial decision.

Nepal AutoMart does not provide legal, financial, insurance, mechanical, or tax advice.

4. Accounts and connected services

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Activities performed using your account
• Informing us promptly about suspected unauthorized access

If you connect a Facebook Page or another third-party service, you confirm that you have authority to grant the requested access.

You may disconnect a connected service through the settings provided by that third party.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Nepal AutoMart for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Submit content that you do not have the right to share
• Publish false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal information
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization
• Circumvent security controls or interfere with operation of the service
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Use information obtained through Nepal AutoMart to harass, discriminate against, or harm another person
• Copy or republish substantial portions of Nepal AutoMart in violation of applicable law or our intellectual-property rights
• Use automated systems in a manner that creates excessive load or disrupts the service

6. User content and vehicle listings

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant Nepal AutoMart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the service.

You confirm that:

• You have the right to submit the content
• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The content does not violate another person’s rights
• Vehicle listings accurately describe the vehicle being offered

Nepal AutoMart may remove content or listings that violate these terms, applicable law, or platform policies.

7. Transactions between users

Nepal AutoMart may help buyers, sellers, dealers, insurers, or service providers find and contact each other.

Nepal AutoMart is not a party to transactions between these parties and does not guarantee:

• The identity or conduct of another user
• Vehicle ownership or condition
• Accuracy of a listing
• Payment or delivery
• Dealer or service-provider performance
• Completion of a transaction

Users should independently verify documents, ownership, vehicle condition, pricing, and the identity of the other party before completing a transaction.

8. Meta and other third-party services

Nepal AutoMart may integrate with Meta products and other third-party services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Meta and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Nepal AutoMart is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta unless expressly stated.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or conduct of independent third-party services.

9. Intellectual property

The Nepal AutoMart name, branding, website design, software, original research, databases, compilations, text, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Nepal AutoMart or third-party intellectual property to you.

You may use publicly available information for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated. Commercial reuse or substantial republication requires prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Our collection and handling of information are described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

Nepal AutoMart is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available or error-free

• Calculations or valuations will match final commercial quotations
• A listing, dealer, buyer, seller, or service provider will meet your expectations
• Third-party content or services will remain available

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BestIntake IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Nepal AutoMart.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:

• Protect users or the service
• Investigate misuse or security incidents
• Enforce these terms
• Comply with legal or platform obligations
• Maintain or discontinue the service

You may stop using Nepal AutoMart at any time and request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.

Continued use of Nepal AutoMart after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
