User Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion by email

• Send an email to nepalautomart@bestintake.com.
• Use the subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request

Include the following information:

• Your name
• The email address associated with the connection
• Your Facebook Page name
• Your Facebook Page ID, if available
• A short explanation of the information you want deleted

Do not include your Facebook password or access token.

We may request limited additional information to confirm that you control the affected account or Page.

Content collected from a Page you do not manage

If your request concerns a public Facebook post or comment collected from a Page you do not manage, include the exact Facebook post or comment link and enough information to verify that you authored the content. Nepal AutoMart can delete its stored copy but cannot delete the original content from Facebook. To remove the original, you must delete it on Facebook or contact the relevant Page.

Disconnect Nepal AutoMart from Facebook

You can also remove Nepal AutoMart’s access through Facebook:

• Sign in to Facebook using the account that connected the Page.
• Open Settings & privacy.
• Select Settings.
• Open Business Integrations.
• Find Nepal AutoMart.
• Select Remove and confirm.

Disconnecting the integration prevents future API access. To request deletion of information already stored by Nepal AutoMart, also send the email request described above.

Information covered by a deletion request

Subject to legal and security requirements, a verified request may delete:

• Meta access tokens
• Connected Facebook account identifiers
• Connected Facebook Page identifiers
• Connection and authorization records
• Page content and comments stored solely through your authorization
• Support or operational records directly associated with the connection

Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained.

Deleted information may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days before those backups are automatically replaced.

Confirmation

After processing the request, we will send confirmation to the email address used for the request.
