Great Wall Motor (GWM) has teased **two new variants of the Ora 5 electric crossover – Sport and GT** for buyers who want a sharper, more dynamic look while keeping the familiar technical package.
What’s new in Ora 5 Sport
The teaser shows the Ora 5 Sport with the same basic body shape but a set of visual upgrades aimed at giving it a more premium, stylish feel.

Ora 5 GT: more aggressive aero kit
The Ora 5 GT is shown with a more aggressive, track‑inspired body kit.
- Front splitter integrated into the bumper
- Rear spoiler to emphasize the sporty profile
- Side skirts that visually lower the car
- Red highlights on the wheels, headlamps, brake components and aero parts for a more performance‑oriented look
These additions are cosmetic and aerodynamic, aimed at buyers who want a standout design.
No major mechanical changes
GWM has indicated that while the design and exterior details are updated, the core hardware remains largely unchanged in these new variants.
In Nepal, the current Ora 5 is sold with a 58.3 kWh LFP battery and a 100 kW front motor, with a claimed range of up to around 520 km (NEDC) and about 435 km on WLTP, depending on test cycle and conditions. The car is available in two trims, with introductory prices starting at around Rs 46.99 lakh for the Mid variant and Rs 51.99 lakh for the High/Top variant.
In China, the Ora 5 is also offered with a smaller 45.3 kWh battery option and a higher‑output 150 kW motor on certain variants, but these specifications have not been announced for the Nepali market.

For Nepal, the teaser points to future Sport and GT variants bringing sportier styling and more ADAS equipment while keeping the same battery and motor setup that is already on sale here.
