Ultraviolette has launched the X-47 Venom in India, marking the debut of its new VX-100 100V electric architecture. The motorcycle is now available for booking, with deliveries scheduled to start in November 2026.
Performance and Battery

The X-47 Venom uses a 30 kW motor capable of reaching a top speed of 155 km/h. It accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h in 2.7 seconds and hits 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds. The bike produces 550 Nm of torque at the wheel.
Two battery options are available:
- 11 kWh pack: Offers a claimed Indian Driving Cycle (IDC) range of 343 km.
- 7.5 kWh pack: Offers a claimed range of 227 km.
The 11 kWh battery features 20% higher energy density and improved cooling compared to previous versions. The motorcycle supports 12 kW fast charging, and the X-47+ and X-47 Recon+ variants include a 1.6 kW onboard charger.
Technology and Design

Engineers have reduced the weight of the motorcycle by up to 20 kg. The 7.5 kWh variants weigh 180 kg, while the 11 kWh versions weigh 195 kg. A new motor control unit is half the size of the previous version while delivering three times the power density. Safety is managed by a pyro-fuse that can disconnect the electrical circuit in microseconds during a critical fault.
Standard equipment includes a 7-inch TFT display and cruise control. The bike retains integrated front and rear dash-cams and a rear radar system. These support features such as blind-spot monitoring, lane-change assist, overtake alerts, and rear-collision warnings.
Pricing
The X-47 Venom is priced from 2.65 lakh Indian rupees to 3.99 lakh Indian rupees (ex-showroom). The introductory price applies to the first 5,000 customers.
