Ultraviolette Automotive is preparing to introduce the X47 adventure electric motorcycle in Nepal at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026, starting August 11, according to the announcement.
The bike will be launched by Vaidya's Organization, which is now the official Ultraviolette distributor in Nepal. The company has already opened pre-bookings, and customer deliveries are expected to begin shortly after the launch, according to the announcement.

The X47 is designed for mixed use, with an upright riding position, windscreen, knuckle guards, auxiliary lights, luggage mounting points, and panniers. That setup makes it more practical for touring and light off-road riding than a typical street-focused EV motorcycle.
One of the headline features is the integrated radar system. Ultraviolette says the X47 is the first motorcycle in its segment to get this technology. The radar-based safety package supports blind-spot detection, rear collision alerts, lane-change warnings, and overtaking assistance.
Selected versions also add front and rear cameras for dashcam use and support for the rider-assistance system. Other features listed in the announcement include switchable dual-channel ABS, four-level traction control, regenerative braking, hill-hold assist, dynamic stability control, and dual digital displays.
Under the body, the motorcycle uses a steel trellis frame with a cast aluminum subframe. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels and uses Brembo disc brakes, upside-down front forks, and a rear monoshock.
Power comes from a 30 kW motor with 610 Nm wheel torque. Ultraviolette claims a 145 km/h top speed and 0-60 km/h in 2.7 seconds.
Battery options differ by variant. The X47 Desert gets a 10.3 kWh battery with a claimed 323 km IDC range, while the other variants use a 7.1 kWh battery with a claimed 211 km range.
Ultraviolette has also added an integrated 1.6 kW onboard charger, which means owners only need to carry a charging cable instead of a separate charger unit.
For Nepali buyers looking at premium electric motorcycles, the X47 could bring a new option in the adventure category, but final pricing will be important when the bike is officially unveiled at NAIMA.
