Haval Jolion Max EV goes on sale in Nepal at Rs 59.99 lakh

Great Wall Motors’ **Haval Jolion Max EV is now on sale in Nepal. National distributor V.G. Impex is showing the electric SUV at the ongoing NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026** in Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.

Price and powertrain

- Introductory price: Rs 59.999 lakh (Rs 5.9999 million) - Motor: 150 kW front-mounted electric motor - Torque: 260 Nm - Battery: 58.3 kWh - Claimed range: 400 km on a full charge

The Jolion Max EV supports 6.6 kW AC charging and DC fast charging. It also offers vehicle-to-load (V2L), so external devices can be powered directly from the car.

- Length: 4,390 mm - Width: 1,877 mm - Height: 1,675 mm - Wheel options: 18-inch or 19-inch alloy wheels

Interior and comfort features

Inside, the SUV gets a 14.6-inch colour touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also has six speakers, voice control and smartphone connectivity.

Comfort and convenience equipment includes: - Panoramic sunroof - Electrically adjustable front seats - Heated and ventilated front seats - Heat pump - Automatic climate control - Electric tailgate

Safety and driver assistance

The Jolion Max EV comes with these driver-assistance systems: - Adaptive cruise control - Lane departure warning and lane-keeping assistance - Lane-change assistance - Forward collision warning and autonomous emergency braking - Blind-spot monitoring - Front radar and driver fatigue monitoring

Additional safety and convenience aids include: - Front and rear parking sensors - 360-degree camera - Door-open warning - Rear collision warning - Emergency signal system

Underpinnings

The electric SUV uses MacPherson struts at the front and a multi-link suspension at the rear. It has disc brakes on all four wheels. V.G. Impex remains the authorised importer and distributor of GWM vehicles in Nepal.
