Tata has launched the Punch EV Facelift in Nepal at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026. The updated electric SUV is now on sale through Sipradi Trading.
The lineup starts at Rs 32.99 lakh for the 30 kWh version during the expo only. After that, the price rises to Rs 33.99 lakh. The Empowered 40 kWh costs Rs 36.99 lakh, and the Empowered+ S 40 kWh costs Rs 37.99 lakh.
Where it sits in Tata’s Nepal line-up
The Punch EV Facelift sits above the Tiago at Rs 34.99 lakh and below the **XPRES-T at Rs 38.49 lakh. The regular Punch is listed at Rs 39.99 lakh, and the Nexon ranges from Rs 34.99 lakh to Rs 42.99 lakh** in Nepal.
The facelifted Punch EV comes with 30 kWh and 40 kWh battery options. Both are paired with a single front-mounted motor driving the front wheels.
The 40 kWh version makes 129 hp and 154 Nm. It has an ARAI-certified range of 468 km. The 30 kWh version makes 88 hp and 154 Nm, with an ARAI-rated range of 365 km.
Tata says the larger battery can deliver about 355 km of real-world C75 range. The model supports 65 kW DC fast charging. A 20% to 80% charge takes around 26 minutes, and a 15-minute charge adds up to 135 km.
Visually, the updated SUV gets 16-inch aero-optimised alloy wheels and connected LED tail lights. Inside, it carries a 10.25-inch touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital driver display, wireless charging, ventilated seats, ambient lighting, connected-car tech and a 360-degree camera.
Safety equipment includes six airbags, electronic stability control, hill-hold assist, a tyre pressure monitoring system, ISOFIX child-seat mounts and high-beam assist.
