Cimex Inc, the sole authorised distributor of BYD Auto in Nepal, has started the Update to Care+ campaign for local customers.
The four-month programme will run across BYD authorised service centres in Nepal. It brings three offers: Care+, Connect+ and Protect+.
Under Care+, authorised technicians will inspect, evaluate and diagnose BYD vehicles so owners can check the condition of their cars and spot service needs early.
Connect+ includes a free Ncell SIM card with installation and connectivity support for six months. It is meant for the car’s connected features.
Protect+ adds extra coverage beyond the existing warranty. It includes an extended warranty, in-house insurance support and other ownership assistance.
