A Nepali auto review has put the BYD Atto 2 through a long road test in Nepal, covering more than 750 km across difficult routes. The drive was done to check how the compact electric SUV performs beyond city use.

The trip started in Kathmandu and passed through Hetauda, Chitwan and Narayanghat before reaching the Sunauli border on day one. On day two, the route continued from Bhairahawa to Pokhara via Palpa. The final leg ran from Pokhara to Gorkha and Nuwakot, ending back in Kathmandu.

The SUV was tested on paved highways, gravel roads, steep climbs and descents, sharp bends, and in heavy rain. The review says the video verdict focuses on the Atto 2’s strengths, driving feel, and the reasons behind its growing appeal among buyers.
