Paramount Motors has introduced the Wuling Darion 7-seater electric MPV in Nepal at the NAIMA Mobility Expo 2026. It adds a new premium family EV to the market.
Price and NAIMA offer
- Launch price: Rs 55.99 lakh - NAIMA Expo discount: Rs 2 lakh - Effective price during offer: Rs 53.99 lakh
That introductory discount is tied to the NAIMA Mobility Expo 2026. Early buyers get a lower entry price for the new MPV.
Battery, range and performance
The Wuling Darion EV uses a 69.2 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery. Wuling’s official data cites a driving range of up to 540 km on the CLTC test cycle.
A front-mounted electric motor delivers 150 kW (201 hp) and 310 Nm of torque, driving the front wheels. This places the Darion among the more powerful family-focused EV MPVs on sale.
Size and seating
The Darion is built as a large people-mover, with: - Length: 4,910 mm - Width: 1,870 mm - Height: 1,770 mm - Wheelbase: 2,910 mm
Inside, it has a spacious seven-seat layout. Family comfort and easy access are the focus.
Key features
Equipment highlights on the Darion MPV EV include: - Dual electric sliding doors - 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system - 360-degree camera - Ventilated captain seats - 50W wireless phone charger - Voice command functions - Electric tailgate - Electric sunroof
Safety and driver assistance
Safety kit on the Darion includes six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, hill-hold control, TPMS and ISOFIX child-seat mounts.
Higher variants add driver-assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, forward collision warning and autonomous emergency braking. That should help on long drives.
Paramount Motors is pitching the Darion MPV EV to buyers who need a large, comfortable seven-seater electric vehicle for family use and frequent long trips. It combines range, space and modern safety tech.
