Royal Enfield is expected to show the Himalayan 440 in India on September 4, 2026. The bike has been spotted at a dealership ahead of that debut, and it keeps the rugged Himalayan look while adding new paint and graphics.

For Nepal buyers, the closest reference in the brand’s current line-up is the **Scram 440, which is priced at Rs 6.90 lakh for Trail and Rs 7 lakh for Force**. That places the Himalayan 440 as a likely step above the Scram 440 in positioning, while still sitting below larger adventure models if Royal Enfield eventually brings it here.

The Himalayan 440 is expected to use a 443cc air/oil-cooled single-cylinder engine, paired with a six-speed transmission. Output is expected to be 25.4 bhp and 34 Nm, the same basic engine package seen in the Scram 440.

The adventure focus is expected to come from hardware changes, including a 21-inch front wheel, wire-spoke wheels with tubed tyres, and suspension tuned for rough roads. Royal Enfield has not announced Nepal pricing or a Nepal launch plan for this model yet.
