Hyundai drew attention at the closing day of the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo by putting its 95.2% Customer Satisfaction Index at the centre of its display.
At the stall of Laxmi Intercontinental, employees and senior managers held up a sheet showing the score while many other brands were busy publicising booking figures.
Deepak Thapaliya, general manager of Laxmi Intercontinental, said the company is focusing on value and customer experience, and aims to lift the figure to above 98% this year.
The company has not shared how the 95.2% was calculated. In automotive use, CSI usually reflects views on purchase experience, product quality, after-sales service, maintenance, complaint handling and overall ownership support.

For buyers, the message is clear: Hyundai is trying to sell trust and service quality, not just showroom bookings.
