**BYD has opened an official service center in Pokhara, with a full 3S facility** for sales, service and spare parts in Gandaki Province.
The center is at Buddhuchowk, Pokhara Metropolitan City-10. It is run through official dealer Flash Mobility Pvt. Ltd. under Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., BYD’s distributor in Nepal.
Pokhara Mayor Dhanraj Acharya inaugurated the facility. The company said the move strengthens its after-sales network in Nepal. It also gives local customers access to official support instead of only third-party service.
The 7,233 square feet center has 4 vehicle lifts, separate repair bays, a high-voltage work area, genuine BYD parts storage and a dedicated car wash bay. It can service 15 to 16 vehicles a day.
Customers will get battery checks, mechanical and electrical repair, dent and paint work, roadside assistance, warranty support and direct service advisor support.
