Wuling’s new Ekison EV has landed in Nepal as a modern, full-size electric SUV for families who want space, range and contemporary tech without stepping into luxury-brand money. With seven-seat flexibility, a sizeable LFP battery and advanced driver-assistance features, it targets buyers ready to move beyond small city EVs into a proper highway-capable electric family car. In Nepal, that puts the Ekison up against established petrol SUVs and newer EV crossovers, and its long claimed range, flexible cabin and safety kit make it one of the more convincing all-electric options for larger households.

The Ekison EV is a substantial SUV on the road, measuring around 4.7 metres long and 1.85 metres wide, with a tall stance and long wheelbase that clearly signal full-size family intent. Its styling follows the clean, tech-forward approach we see from newer Chinese EVs, with smooth body surfacing, a simple front fascia and contemporary lighting elements instead of aggressive off-road cladding. In Nepal, that gives it a more urban, sophisticated look than ladder-frame SUVs and should appeal to buyers who spend more time on city roads and highways than in deep off-road trails. The design leans on aerodynamics and interior space rather than rugged theatrics, which fits its role as an efficient family mover instead of a hardcore adventure vehicle.
