Tesla has added a new children's product to its lineup, a pedal-free balance bike priced at $225. The bike went up on Tesla's online store and was marked sold out soon after launch, according to the product page and reports based on it.
What the bike offers
The balance bike is aimed at children aged 2 to 5 years and is meant to help them learn balance before moving to a regular bicycle. It uses a lightweight magnesium frame, has an adjustable seat with five height settings, and sticks to Tesla's simple, minimal design language.
Key specifications
- Minimum leg length: 35 cm - Recommended rider weight: 30 kg - Maximum rider weight: 35 kg - No motor, pedals or brakes; children move and stop using their feet

Tesla has not said how many units were made available at launch. The company says deliveries are expected to begin in late August.
The balance bike joins Tesla's children's merchandise range, which already includes the Cybertruck for Kids, Cyberquad for Kids, and miniature Tesla models. Tesla is also selling a matching balance bike T-shirt for $30.
For Nepali buyers, the listed bike price works out to roughly Rs 31,000 at current exchange rates, before shipping and taxes.
