NADA Automobile Association of Nepal has completed its latest internal elections and named new office bearers for key posts.
Surendra Upreti was elected general secretary unopposed. Milan Babu Mall was also elected treasurer without contest.
In the central vice-president race, Rajanbabu Shrestha won the vote. For the vice-president post, Sunil Rijal and Nirakar Shrestha received equal votes and agreed to split the 1/1 year term.
At the provincial level, Subas Acharya and Mohanbabu Khadka were elected vice-presidents. Bikram Singhaniya won the secretary post. Pankaj Agrawal was elected deputy treasurer.
Earlier, Dhruba Thapa had been elected NADA president on Mangsir 23, along with 17 other members. The 29-member working committee later voted, with 7 members from provinces and 3 nominated members.
NADA also nominated Abhimanyu Golchha, Sohanlal Shrestha and Deepak Agrawal as members.
