Arcfox, the electric brand under BAIC Group, is getting ready to introduce the Alpha T7 electric SUV in China on September 16, 2026. While no distributor has confirmed Nepal plans yet, the model’s size, range and growing Arcfox presence here mean it is one to watch for local EV buyers.
Arcfox Alpha T7: What’s coming globally

- The Alpha T7 is a large, five‑metre crossover‑style electric SUV aimed at the mainstream family segment.
- Chinese pre‑sales data shows battery options with up to around 715 km CLTC range for the pure EV, with an extended‑range version advertised at up to about 1,315 km CLTC.
- Pre‑orders in China reportedly start from 137,800 yuan, with higher variants going up to 174,800 yuan.
If Arcfox’s Nepal partner decides to bring it, the Alpha T7 would sit above the compact T1 as a more spacious long‑range family EV.

Arcfox T1: Current Nepal offering

Arcfox has already entered Nepal with the T1 compact electric crossover, combining hatchback‑like practicality with SUV‑inspired styling.
- Dimensions (T1): 4,337 mm long, 1,850 mm wide, 1,573 mm tall, 2,750 mm wheelbase.
- Motor: front‑mounted permanent‑magnet synchronous unit with 95 kW (127 PS) and 176 Nm.
- Battery and range: 42.3 kWh LFP battery with a claimed CLTC range up to 425 km.
- Nepal pricing: the latest verified price list puts the T1 LV2 at Rs 32.96 lakh and the T1 LV3 at Rs 35.96 lakh.
For now, the Alpha T7 remains a potential future option for Nepal, not a confirmed launch. Nepal pricing and arrival date have not been announced.
